Privacy policy

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, optionally your email address, your experience level, the program you are interested in and any message you write.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data. Basic, privacy-friendly server logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, share program and batch information and, where you provided an email address, send you a confirmation.

Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend, an email delivery provider, to our team’s inbox. The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals (such as IP address and browser details) to tell people from automated bots. If you choose to load the embedded map on the Contact page, your browser connects to Google Maps, which processes your IP address and may set cookies under Google’s own privacy policy — the map is not loaded unless you click it. Our hosting provider also processes technical request data. These providers act on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
